By accessing or using The Product Product ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Product Product is an AI-guided platform designed to assist product managers and teams in creating structured product specifications, requirements, and documentation. The Service provides guidance, suggestions, and tools to help organize and articulate product ideas.
Important: The Product Product is a guidance and documentation tool. You, the user, are solely responsible for all product decisions, specifications, and outcomes based on content created using the Service. We provide tools and suggestions; you maintain full responsibility for your product strategy and decisions.
3. Pricing and AI Usage
The Service is offered at $17.99 per month, which includes up to 100,000 tokens of AI usage. Additional token usage beyond the included 100k tokens will be billed separately based on actual usage of AI-powered features within the platform.
You may choose to bring your own API key (BYOK) from supported AI providers, in which case you will be billed directly by those providers according to their pricing. When using BYOK, you are responsible for managing your API usage and costs with the third-party provider.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- The accuracy and appropriateness of content you create using the Service
- All product decisions made based on specifications or documentation created with the Service
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service
- Ensuring you have appropriate rights to any content you upload to the Service
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions, generate content, and assist with documentation. AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated by you before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific use case.
You acknowledge that AI systems may produce errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate suggestions, and you agree to exercise independent judgment in evaluating all AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. We claim no ownership over your product specifications, requirements, or other documentation created within the platform.
The Service itself, including its software, design, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRODUCT PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We specifically disclaim liability for any product decisions, implementations, or outcomes based on specifications or documentation created using the Service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for a period of 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
